This role at HN Safal involves leading the sales function for residential and commercial real estate projects. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving team performance, managing channel partners, ensuring high-quality client interactions, and coordinating with internal departments to enable seamless sales operations.
About the Role
- – Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned projects.
- – Drive the complete sales cycle — inquiry management, site visits, negotiations, deal closures, and post-booking follow-ups.
- – Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, and external sales networks to generate high-quality leads.
- – Conduct product presentations, project walkthroughs, and client meetings to influence purchase decisions.
- – Monitor and track team performance through daily reviews, MIS updates, and conversion analytics.
- – Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and client documentation.
- – Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, pricing benchmarks, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies.
- – Ensure excellent customer service standards by handling escalations and ensuring timely resolutions.
- – Train and mentor the sales team on communication, negotiation, product knowledge, and customer management.
- – Represent the organization at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to increase project visibility and footfalls.
About You:
- – Minimum Qualification: BBA / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
- – Minimum Experience: 6 – 10 years in Real Estate Sales
- – Mandatory: Proven experience in residential and commercial project sales
- – Required Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, team management, and customer service
- – Languages: English, Hindi, and Gujarati
